This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for all orders placed on our website.

Returns Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they remain unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Products must include all labels, inserts, and accessories that were delivered with the order. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products, such as used bedding and personalized or custom-made items, cannot be returned unless they are defective.

If an item is returned in a condition that indicates usage, washing, or damage caused by the customer, Trend & Bend reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a partial restocking fee.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team at info@trendandbend.com

with their order number, the item(s) they wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review the request and provide instructions, including the return address and any additional requirements.

All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving an incorrect item or a defective product.

Customers must securely pack the product to prevent damage during transit. Trend & Bend is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is a result of our error.

If the returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements, the customer will be notified, and the item may be returned to them at their expense.

Exchanges

Customers who wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variation must follow the return process. Once the original product is returned and approved, the customer may place a new order for the preferred item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@trendandbend.com

with photos or videos clearly showing the problem. After verification, Trend & Bend will replace the item at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order enters the packing or shipping stage, cancellation is no longer possible.

If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed immediately back to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective. These include items purchased on clearance or sale, personalized or custom-made products, and bedding that has been used or washed.
